Guidelines for Authors

Guidelines for Authors

The CEERAT Journal of Society and Development (CEERATJSD) follows specific bibliographic and formatting standards, including preferred citation styles. Authors must adhere to the following guidelines when preparing and submitting manuscripts:

  1. Submission Platform: All manuscripts must be submitted through the Open Journal Systems (OJS), accessible via the journal’s official website: ceeratjsd.com
  2. Registration Requirement: Authors are required to register on the OJS platform before submitting their manuscripts. Registration is essential for communication and tracking throughout the editorial process.
  3. Formatting Compliance: Authors must carefully read and follow the submission guidelines provided on the journal’s website. Manuscripts should be formatted according to the journal’s standards, particularly in APA style 7th (latest edition).
  4. Initial Screening: Once submitted, manuscripts undergo an initial review by the desk editors. Submissions not aligned with the author guidelines may be returned to the authors for revision before proceeding to peer review.
  5. Originality Statement: Authors must confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere, either in whole or in part.
  6. Language and Style: Submissions should be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English, and structured to meet high academic standards.
